A: All invoices are ordinary invoices.
Q: Is it an electronic invoice or a paper invoice?
A: Electronic invoices are issued for pre-show purchases, and fixed-rate paper invoices can be provided for services purchased temporarily at the show site, or electronic invoices can be issued after the show.
Q: How to invoice the dedicated service?

Q: How to invoice?

Refunds and changes
1. In the event of cancellation, change of date or venue, or if you are unable to travel to the show due to epidemic restrictions in your city, you can apply for a free refund for the products purchased. For refunds other than this, please refer to sections 2 - 4 below.
2. Services purchased on site are non-refundable and non-transferable.
3. The car service will be provided directly by Shanghai Mingshi Event Services Co Ltd, a third party company appointed by the show, and refund requests will be handled directly by Shanghai Mingshi Event Services Co Ltd.
4. Refund requests for pre-event purchase services are accepted from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00, and are not accepted on public holidays.
5. Please refer to the separate bus refund policy for the shuttle service.
